Return Process

  Log in to your vivanmn account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package the Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
